Medium-hard, highly dense and open-cell sponge for the automatic polishing of paintwork with orbital polishing machines. Highly durable and temperature resistant thanks to good ventilation and special cooling at the centre. Hook-and-loop tape for fast pad exchange. Excellent handling due to bevelled sponge edges. For backing plates with 125-mm diameter. Ideal for the application of SONAX PROFILINE NP 03-06, SONAX PROFILINE EX 04-06, and SONAX PROFILINE Perfect Finish. Application Instructions: Center the sponge carefully on the polishing machine’s backing plate. Regularly blow out the pad with compressed air during use. This intermittent cleaning helps cool the pad, improves polishing results, and extends the sponge’s service life. After completing the work, spray the pad generously with SONAX PROFILINE PREPARE (02373000).
